The Coronavirus pandemic highlighted just how important every single healthcare worker is, and it is time that the Government recognises the value of the work you do – not with claps, but with better pay and recognition.
Our specialist health and social care officers, trained representatives and regional teams are all dedicated to fighting for you and fighting for your sector. Common issues we represent our health and social care members for includes pay, hours worked, assault at work and health and safety.
