We have a network of trained reps and officers on-hand to provide representation at work in times of need. Community has the resources to provide effective help and advice to our working student members, no matter where they work or study. We are constantly reviewing our benefits and services to target help and support where it is needed the most. 

Everyone recognises that time at college or university is not simply about the academic or vocational qualifications that a student gains. It’s a time of investment in their future career and an opportunity for wider personal and social development. Community can help. 

We can source a range of support to upskill students to improve their employability and beyond, enhancing their future career prospects. We can enable training in digital skills, CV writing or interview skills that can directly improve job prospects. We can also open up opportunities to learn about mental health first aid and leadership skills.
