I would like to thank Community Union and its Reps for all their support.
Being off long-term sick and struggling to get support, guidance and normality back in place in order to return to work, I contacted Community for advice and help.
Within a matter of a week or two, I was back at work on a phased return, and any previous issues highlighted to senior management were resolved, thanks to the help, support and guidance from my union.
I’d highly recommend membership of the union as, without their help and assistance, I may have been left in limbo, or indeed left my employment.
