We are very pleased to announce that we have secured a pay increase of 22.57% for all warehouse operatives at GXO Bedford. This will be backdated to April 2022.
Further to this, as part of this deal, breaks on all shifts will now be fully paid.
This is a fantastic result for our members. With this pay increase being at over double the rate of inflation, this will provide a welcome breather to our members as we continue through this cost-of-living crisis.
We are incredibly pleased and could not have achieved this without the work of our reps and members. A huge thank you to everyone involved – you are all a credit to your colleagues and your union!
This shows exactly what being part of a trade union can achieve, and the value of trade union membership to all workers.
