We are very pleased to have secured a 4.5% base pay uplift for our workers at Sodexo, dated from 1st January 2022.
We also managed to protect existing staff benefits to support their wellbeing and life planning, including life insurance and access to a 24/7 GP service.
As the cost of living crisis continues, we are proud to secure increases for our members pay to help protect their financial security.
On top of this, we further managed to secure improvements to our members conditions at work. We have guaranteed a commitment to addressing recruitment and retention issues, an agreement to working collaboratively to reduce absence levels as well as an agreement to enter into longer term pay strategy discussions.
A huge thank you to Community reps who were involved with the talks. It is due to their hard work that we have reached such a positive conclusion. The more members we have, the stronger our negotiating position will be so please continue to encourage your colleagues to join if they have not done so already.
