For as long as the trade unions have existed, our movement has relied on one very simple thing – one worker telling another about why being in a union is so important.

Recruiting friends, family and colleagues will help us to grow and become an even stronger union. In 2021 trade union membership grew for a fourth consecutive year, a truly momentous achievement that will increase our strength and enable us to secure even better results for our members.
