Secure Your Voice At Euro Car Parts!

Community Union have been campaigning at Euro Car Parts for over 8 years, and winning on your behalf. In this time, we’ve stood up for our members at disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence meetings. We want to do more for you, and to do that we need your help.

We’re pushing to gain recognition so we can negotiate a better deal for you. By gaining recognition we can negotiate better terms and conditions such as:

• Better pay
• Increased holiday allowance
• A sick pay scheme
• A better working environment and so much more.

Unfortunately, Euro Car Parts don’t want to recognise Community and give you the voice at work you deserve. So Community are looking at getting that recognition by applying to the Central Arbitration Committee, who can grant the recognition you deserve and secure your voice at work. That’s where you come in!

We’re launching a ballot to get recognition in your workplace. We need as many people as possible to join the union and show that there’s a desire to have Community recognised. To get the recognition you deserve we need you to:

• Recruit a friend or colleague to the union – the more members we have the better chance we have of recognition
• Sign our petition
• Share and get your colleagues to sign our petition
