Caroline Armstrong is Community’s Branch Secretary at HMP Lowdham Grange.

Caroline is one of thousands of Community reps up and down the country who support our members in their workplaces. As a rep in the justice and custodial sector Caroline will help her members with issues like; having been assaulted at work, disciplinary hearings, flexible working requests, mental health and more.
