Community Trade Union is fighting to secure recognition for our members working across PECCS service in Northern Ireland as a bargaining unit.
If we are successful in obtaining recognition we will be a recognised union for PCO’s. If you are a PCO, you can sign the petition, whether you are a member of Community or not.
In order to successfully obtain recognition, we need you to sign the below petition.
Please rest assured your employer will not be able to see who has signed the petition and the petition signatories will remain anonymous.
We will only disclose the Petition to the Industrial Court confidentially if this is necessary and not your employer.
This petition will be used to show your employer and the industrial court (if relevant) that the majority of the proposed bargaining unit supports recognition with Community Trade Union.
