We are delighted to announce an 8% base pay uplift from 1 January 2023 for Community members at HMP Addiewell, HMP Bronzefield, HMP Forest Bank and HMP Peterborough.
The one-year deal with Sodexo – which is supported by a strong majority of members – follows negotiations between company management and Community’s Reps.
National Officer Adrian Axtell said:
“I would like to thank all those involved in the negotiations for their hard work and persistence in achieving this pay rise in challenging circumstances.
“Our members also continue to have access to a range of benefits we’ve negotiated previously, including a BUPA healthcare cash plan, flat rate life assurance cover, a free will writing service and a 24/7 GP service through Smart Health.”
