Pay boost secured for GXO workers!

As Heart Unions Week continues, we are delighted to announce more positive news for our members.

We are very pleased to report that we have secured an above-inflation annual pay rise of 8.8% for workers at GXO Doncaster and GXO Barnsley who are the logistic providers to ASOS

Community members have voted overwhelmingly in favour of this pay deal, which has also been backdated to January instead of beginning at its traditional time of April.

GXO is a logistics company, supplying businesses such as ASOS, GXO operates in 25 countries across the globe with over 850 warehouses and employs over 95,000 people.

We are incredibly pleased by this result and could not have achieved it without the work of our reps and members. This shows what being part of a trade union can achieve, and the value of trade union membership to all workers.
