Our end of conference party will take place on Thursday 27 June at Shelter Hall, Kings Road Arches, Shelter Hall, Brighton BN1 1NB. The event will run from 6.30pm until 12am.
Entry
To ensure easy access to the venue, please bring your conference lanyard and ID. This will be checked at the door.
Upon entry, you will receive a wristband by the Shelter Hall team which will allow seamless re-entry to the venue to any guests and delegates who want to use the outside terrace. You must wear your wristband throughout the event.
Challenge 25 policy
Shelter Hall operates a challenge 25 policy when purchasing alcoholic drinks. Any guest and delegate that the Shelter Hall team or security judge to be under 25 may be asked to provide photographic ID.
Accompanied children are welcome.
Arrival drink
Upon entry, delegates and guests will be given an entry drink option of prosecco or Peroni.
Service
Throughout the evening, guests and delegates can order food and drinks from the bar, or through the Shelter Hall app with a voucher code ISG52UDU. With this voucher code, food and drink will be free.

All drinks, other than cocktails will be permitted when ordering via the voucher code.
All drinks will be served in polycarbonate glassware.
Whilst drinking outside, guests and delegates must be seated.
If you have any dietary requirements, please discuss this with the Shelter Hall staff at the venue who will be able to assist.
Entertainment
Throughout the evening, a band will play at the venue.
Photobooth
A photobooth on the second floor will be available for you to use (including print outs). Please do use this
Cloakroom
Belongings can by left in the Skylark bar – hangers are available for coats, however this will not be staffed.
Departure
The bars will close around 11:30pm and the venue closes at 12am.
