Let’s Talk About the Menopause at Work

Community Trade Union's Let's Talk About the Menopause at Work campaign logo

Approximately 13 million people in the UK today are currently experiencing menopause, and 8 out of 10 of these people at work – making the menopause not only a workplace issue, but also a trade union issue.

Through our campaign, we’re encouraging better conversations around menopause at work, making it easier for people to reach out for help, and ensuring that employers and managers know how to properly support employees with their menopause symptoms.

Alongside our members and reps, we’re making menopause a normal conversation across all workplaces, no matter what sector you’re working in by equipping our members, reps and their employers with the information and resources they need to make conversations around the menopause easy and accessible.

To get the conversation started around the menopause in your workplace, join our campaign today.
