How to make a personal injury claim

If you believe you or a member of your immediate family have suffered an accident, injury, illness or disease that wasn’t your fault in the past three years, then you may be entitled to make a claim.

Unfortunately, some claims will not eligible for a no win, no fee assistance such as whiplash, road traffic accidents, criminal injury compensation claims or other low value personal injury claims.
