This service is provided at a subsidised rate to all Community members and immediate family.

Whether it is speeding, no insurance, drink driving or another road traffic offence, it can be a daunting prospect having to attend a magistrates court by yourself. Whether you are a professional driver, or otherwise, get in touch with our in-house legal team who can advise you, prepare your hearing and represent you in court. This service is provided at a fixed rate to all Community members and immediate family.

It is important to ensure your wishes are adhered to in the event of your death. As a Community member, you and your immediate family have access to a free basic will writing, as well as a subsidised rate probate service. If you require a more complex will, please discuss with your appointed Union Lawyer who can provide a tailored quote. Our basic will writing service is 100% free to all Community members and immediate family.
