On Tuesday, 7th July, we will be holding a dinner party at Cardiff Castle. A Welsh Signature Menu will be offer that combines Cardiff Castle’s signature sue franks flair with all the best parts of Welsh culture, and is designed to impress guests with locally sourced Welsh ingredients.
Please ensure your menu choices are submitted no later than Monday 22nd June.
A selection of Welsh canapes will be on offer including Mini Welsh lamb and mint sliders, Leak and Caerphilly cheese Arancini (V, GF), Welsh rarebit bites (V), Mini Welsh cakes (V).
