Community secures recognition with The Charter School Educational Trust

Community is delighted to announce that we have successfully secured trade union recognition with The Charter School Educational Trust (TCSET). This includes:

  • Charles Dickens Primary School
  • Dulwich Hamlet Junior School
  • Loughborough Primary School
  • Lyndhurst Primary School
  • Streatham Wells Primary School
  • The Belham Primary School
  • The Charter School Bermondsey
  • The Charter School East Dulwich
  • The Charter School North Dulwich

This achievement marks the beginning of a new, formal relationship that ensures the voices of our members — teachers, support staff and all employees across TCSET schools — will be heard directly by the Trust’s management, and be central to any decision making within TCSET.

Community’s Regional Organiser, Sati Bhachu said:

As part of this agreement, we will hold quarterly meetings to review policies and address any workplace issues that matter to you.

If you have concerns or ideas you would like raise, please share them with us.
