12% pay rise at GXO Tamworth

Our drivers at GXO Tamworth have been secured a 12% pay increase on their basic rate of pay, after rejecting the initial offer of 8.71%.

This pay increase goes up 15.5% from basic if they work on a reach truck, 19% uplift from basic if you operate a VNA, also importantly the 10% differential between the day and nightshift has been restored.

Our major thanks and congratulations go to the Regional Officer and the Community reps who were involved with the talks. It is due to their hard work that we have secured these huge results.

The more members we have, the stronger our negotiating position will be so please encourage your colleagues to join if they are not already Community members.

We are proud to continue to secure increases for our members’ pay to help protect their financial security during this difficult economic period.
