As a proud champion for the self-employed, we know how vital self-employed and freelance workers are for our economy. However, with fewer rights, often less pay and too many challenges at work, we want to see drastic changes for this over 4 million-strong section of the workforce.
Read our manifesto for the self-employed to see how we believe the next government should overcome the challenges many of our members face such as late payments, pensions, the gender and disability pay gap, lower incomes and more to deliver a better working world for the self-employed.
If you have any queries about this manifesto or our policy work, or would like to get involved, please contact us at RPPU@community-tu.org.
