Petition to fight derecognition at Polypipe

Polypipe is attempting to derecognise Community Trade Union, a move that threatens the fundamental rights and working conditions of both members and non-members in the workplace.

Derecognition is a form of union busting, which means we would lose our collective bargaining power to negotiate for fairer wages, safer working environments, job security and your right to be heard at work. Without recognition in place, management can change policy, cut benefits and suppress wages without opposition.

We are demanding that Polypipe immediately cease all efforts to derecognise Community Trade Union and uphold our right to collective representation.
