Support for Promise Dreams

Through our regional charity fund, Community helps members support local causes that matter to their communities.

Community Reps at TATA Steelpark in Wolverhampton have been supporting locally-based charity Promise Dreams for around a year now. The charity supports children and families across the country through serious illness and provides experiences for children who in many cases have terminal illnesses.

The whole TATA Steelpark workforce have been working with management to support sponsored events, and Steelpark Lead Rep Kevin Faulkner made an application to Community’s regional charity fund.

The committee approved a donation of £200 to the charity to support their excellent work in the West Midlands.

Kevin (pictured on the right by the desk) said:

“This donation is the latest in a number of events that our members at Steelpark have been supporting.

“We are very proud to support this charity, as some of our members have received support from them and we know first-hand how important their work is.”
