Pride Month is a reminder of how far we’ve come in the fight for equality and how much further we can go together. Let’s celebrate love, acceptance, and the freedom to be our true selves. Our union is proud to stand with you, advocating for a workplace and world where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued.

At Community, we’re proud of the work that our LGBT+ members do every day and we want you to join us. LGBT+ people are more likely to experience bullying and discrimination at work because of their sexual orientation or gender identity, and we refuse to let it happen.
