We are pleased to confirm that NSPCC have honoured their pay promise commitments to staff in full. We have secured a pay increase for all of our members at NSPCC of 3% or 3.5%.
This new pay deal, effective from 1st May 2022, also means that our lowest paid members wages remain in line with the real Living Wage and London Living Wage.
Financial challenges are very real both for our members and for the charity sector as a whole. As the cost-of-living crisis continues, we are proud to secure increases for our members’ pay to help protect their financial security.
