Pay increase secured at ASOS Barnsley

We are delighted to have secured an 8% salary increase for some of our members (QA Operative and Assessors) at ASOS Barnsley.

We are also pleased that our recommendations to remove the outdated performance related pay system were acted upon, and this been replaced with a fair benchmarking process, another fantastic result for our members.

Our major thanks and congratulations go to Community reps who were involved with the talks. It is due to their hard work that we have secured these huge results.

The more members we have, the stronger our negotiating position will be so please encourage your colleagues to join if they are not already Community members.

We are proud to continue to secure increases for our members’ pay to help protect their financial security during this difficult economic period.
