Pay increase at Polypipe!

We are very pleased to have secured a 5% increase for workers at Polypipe Scotland. This will be backdated to 1st January 2022.

Polypipe Group plc is the UK’s leading manufacturer of plastic piping and ventilation systems for the residential, commercial, civil and infrastructure sectors.

A huge thank you to everyone at Community who was involved with the talks. It is due to their hard work that we have reached such a positive conclusion. The more members we have, the stronger our negotiating position will be so please continue to encourage your colleagues to join if they have not done so already.

As the cost-of-living crisis continues, we are proud to secure increases for our members’ pay to help protect their financial security.
