Become a Community Rep

Community Reps are the backbone of our union. You might know or even have been directly impacted by a Rep in your workplace. If you have, you know that Community Reps are the best of the best.

It’s our Reps on the ground who support members with issues at work, talk to and negotiate with employers, and continue to get the message out about our union and how we can protect and support people at work. We’ve got a range of different Rep roles to suit your interests and skills – including Health and Safety Rep, Branch President, Equalities Rep and loads more.
