How much does Community’s will writing & probate service cost?
If you only require a basic will, this service will be provided 100% free of charge to Community members, and your immediate family.
If your will is complex, our partner lawyers may charge a fee, however this will be discussed with you and be agreed upon after they have discussed your will and assets in detail.
Our probate service is provided at a subsidised rate to Community members with a 10% discount. The total fee will be agreed upon when discussing our probate service with the appointed union lawyers panel firm.
