Learning Representative Award

Community Union wants to demonstrate and acknowledge the range of work currently undertaken by union representatives on behalf of their members.  We will present an award to a Union Learning Representative (ULR) who has made a significant contribution to lifelong learning within Community Union.

The award will be made in recognition of exceptional achievements and contributions for Community members who have shown outstanding effectiveness in their role as a learning representative. Nominations will be judged against their contribution as a learning representative in their workplace and not any other roles.

The judging panel will rely on the information given on the form so please make sure that enough detail is given for the judges to assess the entry.

The Branch Secretary will nominate the ULR for their workplace. Please obtain the consent of the person being nominated before submitting this form. The Union’s decision about any aspect of this award is final.

Please note the deadline for all award nominations is 16 September 2024.
