The new Employment Rights legislation aims to give workers stronger protections, and Community has campaigned to make sure Dental Nurses, and others who work in smaller workplaces, are recognised in these changes and have access to union support where they need it most.
Julie – a Dental Nurse and Community rep – says:
“Community has been a real voice for us, making sure our working conditions and rights are not overlooked.”
Tiffany Gillies, Assistant Operations Director at Community, adds:
“Dental Nurses are at the heart of patient care but far too often are left without the workplace support they need. We’ve worked hard to ensure their needs are considered, and our focus now is on making sure any changes truly benefit Dental Nurses in practice.”
Community continues to provide advice, representation, and practical support for Dental Nurses, helping them understand the new rights, access union support, and ensure that these protections can make a real difference in their workplaces.
