Whether you are a Community member or Rep, Heart Unions Week is the ideal time to talk about Community — who we are, what we do, and most importantly, how we can help your colleagues. It is the perfect time to showcase the “heart” of Community and how we advocate for better pay, safety at work and fight for fairness.
How you can get involved in Heart Unions Week
- Celebrating wins: Highlighting the positive impact Community has had over the past year for your workplace or branch e.g. improved policy or pay rises.
- Recruitment: Encouraging any and all colleagues who aren’t a member to join today.
- Visibility: Share your union experiences and stories on social media, or with family, friends and colleagues e.g. how we’ve helped you.
- Pride: Get together with fellow Community members and Reps and feel proud for being a Community member.
