We are delighted to confirm we have secured a pay increase of 13.74% for all warehouse operatives at GXO Milton Keynes. This will be backdated to April 2022.
Further to this, we were able to negotiate new responsibility allowances and all peak holiday embargoes have been removed.
This is a great result our members. With this pay increase being at over the rate of inflation, this will provide a welcome breather to our members as we continue through this cost-of-living crisis. We are incredibly pleased and could not have achieved this without the work of our reps and members. A huge thank you to everyone involved – you are all a credit to your colleagues and your union!
