Advice & representation

We have a member support centre with legal advisors dedicated to supporting you with any question you may have or any help you need for issues in the workplace. We’re always in your corner, through key changes in your life and especially when issues at work get complicated. If you do face difficulties, we’re available to come and represent you when you need us. Learn more.

We strive to create workplaces that our members will enjoy being a part of. We work closely with employers to ensure that all of our members’ needs are being met, through dedicated training and our network of brilliant workplace reps.

We campaign on the issues that are most important to you, from issues in the workplace and beyond. We use our influence and resources to champion the causes that are closest to all of our members, from our petition on getting PPE to our frontline workers, campaining on better mental health in the workplace to ending homelessness in the UK.  Learn More.

We provide training through our Community Learn programme which gives you access to hundreds of bespoke courses from mental health and wellbeing to accredited courses in skills and development in various fields should you want to progress in your career or even change your career path. Learn more.
