About Community Learn

Community believe access to learning is a basic right. Education builds confidence, self-esteem and dignity; the key to success in our changing working world, where flexible skills development is vital. Our Community Learn team are dedicated to supporting you access learning, training and education.

Learning is at the heart of everything we do…

Community has an in-house team of Learning Organisers, dedicated to working with members and employers to increase access to learning and training opportunities. Since establishing our learning and skills services, we have facilitated over 54,000 learning opportunities for Community members and other learners, and secured over £15.8 million of Government and European funding, to give members, their families and their local communities access to the best education, training and learning opportunities.

The Community Learn team helps to identify and train Union Learning Reps in Community’s workplaces. Click here to find out more about being a Union Learning Rep.

Please complete our survey so that we can identify your learning needs, take your ideas on board and tailor learning solutions.

We aim to transform the lives of Community members through learning.
