We understand thousands of our members have been affected in some way by COVID-19 and we want to help those most impacted. If your employment or work has changed and you have suffered a significant fall in earnings, then you can apply for a review of your contributions to see if we can offer a more appropriate rate.
We will consider member requests to reduce their contributions if they have lost significant earnings due to COVID-19 through redundancy, lay-off, short-time, sickness or self-isolation.
Your application will be reviewed by Community’s team and they may ask for additional proof of your change in circumstances.
