Tracy Douthwaite has 30 years of experience in the mental health and wellbeing field. Working within the third sector from front line work to senior leadership teams.

She founded Way to Wellbeing in 2018 from a desire to improve our understanding of wellbeing, enabling us all to proactively support our mental health and reduce stigma in and out of the workplace. She delivers a range of courses including Mental Health First Aid.

Her training style is inclusive and supportive, focusing on practical experiences with relevant examples, opportunities for discussion, and questions.
