The Community Wales team recently took part in a mental health training session with Community members at TATA Llanwern to raise awareness and help break down the stigma.
The course was carried out on-site in the bespoke learning centre, a dedicated space used for education and upskilling.

Speaking after the event Andrew Gutteridge, Chairman of the Llanwern Trade Union Council, said: “Now that mental health is becoming a more talked about issue, it’s great that we’re able to be a part of that conversation while learning more.
“Mental health and well being is of utmost importance, and it was great to talk about how we can help and support our colleagues.”
