Community’s rep team have recently achieved a substantial pay increase above inflation for its members in Falck Security, as part of an agreement to ensure workers will always be paid above the government’s national living wage.
Upon taking over security duty for South Tees Site Company, Community have worked closely with Falck to ensure that its members are kept safe at work and paid a fair rate for the work they do.
Arthur Guyer, Community’s Branch Secretary for Falck Security, Said “Since Falck Security Services took over Security duties at the South Tees Site Company in 2015, our relationship with them has developed and strengthened each year.
“Falck have brought structure and professionalism to the work that we do and have enabled us to have a voice at the table for our members. Our most recent pay negotiations which resulted in a 4.4% increase in wages across the board will be most welcomed by all of our members and clearly demonstrates Falck’s commitment to the workforce”.
