Community’s response to Thriving at Work: a review of mental health and employers.
‘Thriving at Work’ is a report into how employers can better support all individuals in employment including those with mental ill health or poor well-being to remain in and thrive through work. The review suggested various actions for employers to take such as producing mental health at work plans, developing mental health awareness and providing employees with good working conditions.
Community welcomed the findings of the report as this demonstrated that mental health needs to be a priority in all workplace and we are proud to be addressing the issues head on.
