Contributions review application

We understand thousands of our members have been affected in some way by COVID-19 and we want to help those most impacted. If your employment or work has changed and you have suffered a significant fall in earnings, then you can apply for a review of your contributions to see if we can offer a more appropriate rate.

We will consider member requests to reduce their contributions if they have lost significant earnings due to COVID-19 through redundancy, lay-off, short-time, sickness or self-isolation.

Your application will be reviewed by Community’s team and they may ask for additional proof of your change in circumstances.

Contributions review application

If you have had a significant change in circumstances due to Covid-19, you can apply to have your contributions reviewed.
  • You can normally find it in a recent email or letter from Community
  • Please tick the box that best describes your current work situation. (You may be asked to provide proof of your change in circumstance)
  • Please give an amount in £s or as a percentage and be clear what it's for. For example £200 per week; or £800 per month etc.
