David manages our Service Centre and oversees all member benefits. David is proud to have helped lots of members, especially the members who have benefitted from Community’s LifeChange benefit.


Mark was part of the team that set up our Service Centre and put in place our advisory team. Over the years Mark has helped thousands of members negotiate complex areas of law and deal with difficult work situations.


Ollie’s proudest moment to-date was assisting an elderly, disabled member with a housing issue. Working with the local council, Oliver ensured that the member was able to remain in his home.


Nicole joined Community in 2012 as an apprentice and is now our newest Legal Advisor. Her proudest moment to date was assisting our Legal Officer in pursuing claims for members when their companies unfortunately went into administration.
